During this one-hour webinar training session, Dr. Steve Albrecht, co-author of Ticking Bombs, one of the first business books on workplace violence, provides realistic and practical tools to help all employees with customer or taxpayer-contact jobs to better deal with angry, entitled, or threatening people, either over the counter, over the phone, or in the field. He focuses on recognizing warning signs in troubled or troubling employees and who to tell about them. He covers the DHS protocol known as "Run-Hide-Fight" for the response to active shooters. Steve uses his background in HR, security, and law enforcement to teach this program in a fast and entertaining way.
