This is a high-level demonstration session on how to develop and create a Paynter Chart for predictive warranty management and then process improvement. Paynters look at symptoms based on real time vs time of return. Attendees will review representative return data, see the construction of a sample Paynter and then review the predictive analysis. Successful examples will be shared. Attendees will observe a model that they can apply to their own organizations while learning how to mitigate business cost exposure.
Why should you attend?
Quality practitioners must understand how their VOC field return information can be leveraged to aid them in proactively mitigating risk when something goes wrong. Utilizing Paynter charts enables a quality team to construct a story of cause and effect and general risk. Paynters are an easier and "not overly statistical" method that quality personnel can use to show customers predictive field results. Participants will observe a practical sample which they can literally apply on their next business day.
Areas Covered in the Session:
Who can Benefit:
Those responsible for quality, warranty, product, process and design engineering.
