During the final days of the Obama administration, we saw a frantic push for the finalization of overtime regulations and the implementation of many controversial executive orders. President Trump has often opined that many of these initiatives hurt the average American's ability to hold jobs and it was his plan to reverse many of these initiatives - whether it be by executive order or by administrative agency initiatives.
