Michael Cox is a Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience delivering, developing and facilitating seminars focused on sales, the sales process, sales management, and negotiations. For the last ten years, Michael has focused on his business training company. Before that he spent 29 years with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, most of which was in management, where he was highly successful.

Over the last three years, he has spent close to 500 days facilitating soft skills, sales and management classes. Michael's seminars have been described by attendees as powerful, highly impactful, thought-provoking and inspiring. He brings the course work to life with specific examples from his years of experience as a highly successful account executive and senior manager. He is passionate about ensuring attendees are actively involved and can begin applying key concepts immediately.

Michael has a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pa. He has also worked as an adjunct professor in the business school at Pen State University- Altoona.

He has worked on a contractual basis for the American Management Association, and Baker Communications. Key clients have included Suffolk County New York, Phillips Inc. Baker Hughes, Bank of America, Williams Energy, Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Hoffman LaRoche.
